1. Our Return Commitment
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — subject to the conditions below.
2. Hygiene Policy — Opened & Used Products
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal broken. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers and complies with standard cosmetics industry regulations.
This applies to all product categories, including but not limited to: skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrances, serums, creams, and body care products.
3. Returns for Unopened Items — 14-Day Window
Unopened and unused products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact
- The item has not been used, tested, or opened
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- You contact us at returns@yourbrandname.com before sending the item back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or used cosmetic products of any kind
- Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-refundable
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourbrandname.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions (we will reply within 2 business days).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
