1. Product Authenticity Guarantee
Your Brand Name is an authorised retailer of all brands and products listed on our website. We guarantee that every product sold through our store is:
- 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brand distributors or manufacturers
- Stored and handled in compliance with manufacturer guidelines to maintain product integrity
- Within its expiry/use-by date at the time of dispatch
- Free from counterfeit or imitation components

2. Damaged or Broken Products
Despite our careful packaging and quality control process, products may occasionally arrive damaged due to transit conditions. If your product arrives broken, cracked, leaking, or otherwise physically damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourbrandname.com, including your order number and the photographs.
- Do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been resolved.
We will review your claim and, upon verification, offer you one of the following resolutions at no cost to you: a full replacement of the damaged item, or a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Expired Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is past its expiry date or Period After Opening (PAO) date at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
While we guarantee the authenticity of all our products, individual reactions to cosmetic ingredients vary. Your Brand Name cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from product use. We strongly recommend that you:
- Read the full ingredient list before purchasing
- Perform a patch test before applying any new product to a larger skin area
- Consult a dermatologist if you have known allergies or sensitive skin
Please note that allergic reactions do not constitute grounds for a refund under our hygiene-based return policy.
5. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product packaging or listing page. Manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the brand and are separate from our store policy.
6. Exclusions
This warranty policy does not cover: damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or negligence by the customer; products that have been tampered with or modified; normal wear and tear; or products where the seal has been broken and the product returned after use.
