1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
1.1 Credit & Debit Cards

1.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders in select delivery zones. If COD is available for your location, the option will appear at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
2. Payment Security
All online payments are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. We comply with the highest security standards to ensure your financial data is always safe. We never store sensitive payment information on our platform.
3. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include your order number, a summary of items purchased, billing and shipping details, and estimated delivery date. Please keep this email for your records.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Delivery is considered complete when:
- The carrier’s tracking system shows the parcel as “Delivered”, or
- A delivery signature has been obtained (for high-value orders), or
- The parcel has been left in a safe location as specified by the customer

5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly, ensure your card has sufficient funds, contact your bank or card issuer if the problem persists, or try an alternative payment method. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
6. Invoices & Receipts
A digital invoice is included in your order confirmation email. If you require a VAT invoice or a custom receipt for business purposes, please contact us at billing@yourbrandname.com with your order number.
