This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on bauthne.com, operated by
Dapper Feet LLC (EIN: 33-4577922), 1000 Turtle Creek Dr, Hattiesburg, MS 39402, USA.

  1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return. Requests
submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  1. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original factory-sealed packaging.
  • All original seals, labels, and tags must be intact and unbroken.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we cannot
accept returns of any item that has been opened, used, partially used, or has had
its original seal broken, regardless of the reason.

  1. Restocking Fee

There is NO restocking fee for eligible returns. Customers are not charged any
handling fee, return processing fee, or restocking charge for approved returns.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to
our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product). We recommend using
a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost in
return transit.

IMPORTANT: You must contact us at care@bauthne.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns received without
a valid RMA number will not be processed and may be returned to sender.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Products with broken, missing, or damaged seals
  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers
  • Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@bauthne.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund. You will
not be required to return damaged or incorrect items in most cases.

  1. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received at our facility and inspected (typically within
3–5 business days of receipt), we will notify you by email of the approval or
rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method
within 5–10 business days. PayPal may require additional time to post the credit
to your linked account or card.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement, provided
the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email care@bauthne.com
immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply.
