Holy sturdiness—I would give this six stars if I could! I’ll say that when it comes to high-end skincare, I’m always a bit skeptical, but I don't even know what's in this formula because it is truly beyond incredible. It has completely won me over, and it's going to be quite hard to live without it now. The moisturizing capabilities here are the real star of the show, as it leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft, buttery, and plump. It is a perfect meeting place between a rich texture and a smooth application, providing deep hydration that absorbs beautifully without leaving any weird, heavy residue behind. In terms of performance, it works beautifully both short-term as a primer before makeup and long-term for general skin health. Applying it right before your foundation creates a gorgeous, sleek base that keeps everything looking fresh for hours, but it also does wonders on bare skin days to give you an ever-present, healthy glow. I’ll say that when people see the pricing on this, they might think it’s a little steep; however, after seeing the work and results that go into it, I’m confident that the value for the money is absolutely justified. It really feels like you are buying a high-end boutique experience rather than just a basic face cream, and a little goes a very long way. As you can see in my attached photo, the jar itself looks stunning and looks very high-quality sitting on a dresser. If you are looking for an elevated, thoroughly well-made moisturizer that actually delivers on its promises, this one is a massive win and worth every single penny!

As you get older you realize how important it is to prep your skin before applying foundation. Magic Cream is the perfect base, it adds moisture and pumps the skin. You can also use it alone as simply skin care to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. So many skin care products just say "clinically tested", where Magic Cream is "clinically proven" to improve skin with twice daily use. Yes it is expensive, but it has been proven to work. I also received the smaller, .5 oz size. It comes in the same glass luxury jar, just smaller. I definitely recommend this as a trial size before splurging on the larger jar. It's also the perfect size for travel, and you can refill it from a larger jar.

This magic cream face moisturizer from Charlotte Tilbury is with every penny! It absorbs easily and leaves your skin feeling moisturized, soft, and looking luminous. It has a slight scent that is nice but not overpowering. It comes in a jar, so I just apply lightly all over my face with my fingertips as a base for my makeup routine. I have not had any irritation or breakouts from using this product. I would highly recommend this!

The Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Face Moisturizer is rich and full of peptides, vitamins C, E and hyaluronic acid, which i was worried about it being too much for my oily skin. Regardless, I wanted to give it a try since they've reformulated it to be a little bit more flexible, and flexible it is. As mentioned, the texture is rich, but it's also light, white, whipped and fluffy and goes on smoothly without making my skin feel greasy, and doesn't leave any white cast behind. Thankfully the amount of dimethicone is on the assist here as it helps create a smooth base since it literally helps fill texture and smooth fine lines as it's doing work to help repair the skin. Although it's lightly scented, it's not overpowering and thankfully it dissipates quickly once it dries down. As far as longevity goes, it surprisingly stays put and helps provide a nice glow all around.

I’m a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury! I’ve been using her makeup for a while now and have used her OG Magic Cream in the past, so was excited to try out the new and upgraded Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Face Moisturizer! I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions. There is a strong scent to it (just like the OG one). Although nice and it doesn’t bother me, it might bother some people! So just an FYI! This cream is such a great quality cream, CT knows what she is doing! The cream is THICK! But, a little goes a long way and it absorbs beautifully! It leaves my skin hydrated all day and leaves it feeling soft, silky and gives my skin a beautiful glow ! I typically use thicker moisturizers in the PM, but this one I use in the AM since it works really well as a makeup primer! My makeup looks a lot better when I use this beforehand! I definitely prefer this new upgraded one over the OG since it really plumps my skin up and is a great primer for makeup! To me personally, it’s worth every penny ! And I love that it’s refillable!

I have used products from this brand before and have generally had a great experience so I was excited to try this updated cream. The texture is lighter than the older version but it still feels creamy and smooth when applied. It spreads easily across the skin and creates a nice base without feeling heavy. I have been using it mainly at night where I apply a generous amount to my face and neck. By morning my skin feels hydrated and comfortable. During the day it performs well under makeup and helps everything apply smoothly without slipping or separating. There is no noticeable scent which I prefer and it has not caused any irritation. The packaging is beautiful and feels luxurious in your hands which adds to the experience of using it daily. This has been a really nice moisturizer that balances hydration with a lighter feel. It fits well into my routine and has lived up to what I expect from this brand.

This Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Face Moisturizer feels rich and creamy when you first apply it, but it does not just sit on top of my skin. It absorbs pretty quickly and leaves my face feeling soft, soothed, and hydrated without that sticky or tacky feeling some heavier creams can leave behind. I also really like the ingredient mix. It has skincare ingredients I look for in a good moisturizer, including hyaluronic acid for hydration, and vitamins C and E, peptides, . On my skin, it feels calming and nourishing, but still works well as a base for makeup. That is actually one of my favorite things about it. My foundation goes on more evenly over this cream, and I feel like it helps my makeup wear better through the day. My skin still feels softer hours after applying it, not just right at the beginning. The only small downside for me is the fragrance. It is pleasant, but a little stronger than I personally prefer in skincare. That is really a personal preference, though, because the cream itself performs beautifully. I also like that you do not have to use much of the product to get the results. This small jar has lasted me for some time, and still has many applications still left. Overall, this leaves my skin looking and feeling refreshed, hydrated, and healthy. Based on the quality of the ingredients, and the positive effects, I think at the current price point of $55.20, it is a decent value for the money.

Great moisturizer and loved the value for money when I bought the two pack on discount! Skin feels immediately softer and looks brighter. It has a pleasant fragrance and didn’t bother me although I’m usually sensitive. No skin irritation at all. Consistency is creamy and gets absorbed quickly.

I have always been a big fan of Charlotte Tilbury. I use a lot of her makeup and skincare products, and it’s just one of those brands I keep going back to. I actually used the Magic Cream years ago and really liked it, so when I saw this newer formula version, I wanted to try it again and see how it compares. Honestly, this magic cream is jsut as good as I remember. It feels amazing when applying. The texture of this is exactly what you would expect from a product like this. It’s rich and thick, but once you start working it into your skin it melts in really nicely without feeling heavy or greasy. Instantly my skin looks smoother, plump, and hydrated, and it feels that way too. My skin feels so soft and has that really healthy, glowy look right away. It’s also very soothing when applying, which I really like. The packaging looks and feels so luxurious. The clear glass jar with the product in the center and the gold lid is simple but so elegant and looks beautiful sitting out. It definitely has that high end feel. Another thing I appreciate is that it has no fragrance. Looking at the ingredients, this formula is really centered around hydration, smoothing, and giving that instant glowy, plump skin look, rather than being a true deep anti-aging treatment. The base is made up of classic moisturizing ingredients like glycerin, shea butter, emollients, and silicones, which all work together to soften the skin, lock in moisture, and create that smooth, almost blurred finish. You also have supportive ingredients like hyaluronic acid for hydration, vitamin C and vitamin E for antioxidant support, and peptides for skin firmness over time. It’s one of those products that consistently makes your skin look good every time you use it. I can’t say enough good things about this. It truly is one of the best creams. It gives that instant glow, smooth finish, and healthy look that makes your skin look its best. Highly recommend.

As an older lady, I have tried many creams. This one I am most impressed with. Nongreasy, soaks into the skin and smoothes and softens it. I recommend!
