I have a mocha color lip liner on with the vanilla SF balm. Im not a fan of plastering my face on a review, but hopefully it helps you see what the vanilla looks like. I gives a nice little shimmer but not overboard for a 50 year old 😉

GREAT LIP BUTTER! Very nourishing, and great smell. I got Vanilla and am very happy with the quality of it. The only reason I docked a star is due to the price point. I don’t mind paying for good quality, however 25$ for even the best lip balm on the market is hard to justify. Afterall, at the end of the day it is just lip balm. Love it as a product though.

Since my goal was to find a lip balm that lasted I did time how long it took for my lips to feel dry again and need to reapply it. Surprisingly that was 2 hours and 55 minutes. I’ve had lip balms prior that would require reapplication 15 to 20 minutes after so I was pleasantly surprised. It also has a nice shine to it that I love as well. The cost is a little higher than most but the benefits are worth it.
