So far I’m really liking this clarifying shampoo. It gives you that squeaky clean feel, which I like about once a week to remove built up dirt and oils. My hair tends to get oily quicker as it is on the thinner side. Overall, I would say it’s doing a good job at cleansing my hair without stripping it of all hydration. I just use it in place of my regular shampoo between washes. I wash my hair about 3 times a week but if you go longer between washes you could get away with only using the detox shampoo paired with their conditioner for your personal needs- have been using for 3 weeks now

When I first used this shampoo, I audibly gasped at how soft and bright my hair was after it dried. I used to live somewhere with soft water and never had problems with my hair. I run on the oily side with hair, and when I moved the hard water in my home changed the way my hair would dry. At one point my hair was so oily and gross, it would look like I wasn’t washing it!
Oh how I wish I knew about this when I first moved, but I am glad I found it now. I love how you don’t need too much for it to lather up. I do personally wash it, rinse, and repeat. I use it monthly to clean up the hard water and my hair products. I love that it uses AVC and is cruelty free!

This is definitely a clarifying shampoo! You feel an immediate difference when you rinse. It does strip build up and does it very well. I would personally follow it with a moisturizing shampoo (i love OGX), and a moisturizing conditioner. I wasnt impressed with the Quai conditioner, i dont feel like its made for my type of hair. Olaplex or OGX is better.

Now hear me out I have very long and thick hair. When I wash my hair, I only wash my scalp and let the shampoo fall to my ends. I have never been able to do this, but I put literally a penny to a quarter size worth do the whole rinse and repeat and buy the second rinse. My scalp is soaked with the shampoo.
