Absolutely AMAZING! It’s just one of those products that you know you love immediately after applying. I received a sample and was stunned at how beautiful this product smoothed onto my skin and the color is perfect for me. It has a glow but it airbrushes over my pores and was so perfecting; that I decided to skip my Dior Forever Skin Wear foundation. I am very shine prone and this product did not require a powder as it has the perfect amount of glow and did not get any shinier as the day went on. I absolutely love it and immediately purchased the full size before my sample ran out because I was so excited. I forgot to mention that this has amazing skincare benefits and doubles as a moisturizer and is water resistant.

Great light weight tint for my mature skin

I'm trying it out, and so far I like it. It doesn't sting my eyes, which is what I always check for in these kinds of products because that's my biggest issue. It's expensive compared to other products, but a little goes a long way and the package is large, so it's definitely worth it. It's creamy and a little thick, but it melts in your mouth and isn't heavy at all! I'm really liking it.

Absolutely LOVE this mineral makeup!! A little goes a long way. The color is a perfect neutral and a great cover up! My aesthetician introduced this to me, she uses it for photos!! Highly recommend!!

I really like this tinted moisturizer. I got it on sale so that is a plus! The formula is really smoothe and fits on multiple skin tones. I feel like it not only protects your skin but also plumps it up a bit. I highly recommend it and I think you could use it as a lightweight foundation. I also like the pump and how easy it is to use!💓

4-4.5 ⭐️ I absolutely LOVE and adore this sunscreen. I have sensitive skin/normal-dry with rosacea on my cheeks and sideburns. This tinted sunscreen does well with providing a light coverage and does not break me out. Very skin-like finish. Unfortunately, the tint looks best on me when I have a tan, so I have to finesse the color, when I’m not, by adding concealer on high points of my face and blending out. Alastin, please expand the shade range!!!!!! If layering with a foundation, I know I need a lot less product because of this tinted sunscreen. Plays well with complexion products I use. 100% will repurchase. May just do the untinted option though for when I’m not tan. (For foundations/concealers: I am typically a light skin tone with mostly neutral undertones, and a light-medium when tanned -> if that helps at all!) Photo is the sunscreen with light concealer, cream contour and a powder blush on my skin.

I have been using this product for about three years now and reach for it almost every day. I originally learned about it from the woman who used to do my microneedling treatments. She put together a full skincare routine for me, and this was the product she recommended, which is how I was introduced to it. Even though it is technically one shade, it blends into my skin beautifully in both winter and summer. I included photos from different seasons to show how it adjusts and still looks natural no matter my skin tone. This is not a full coverage foundation, but I use it in place of concealer most days. It evens out my skin in a very natural way without looking cakey or clogging my pores. One of the biggest reasons I love this is that at 40, traditional concealer tends to settle into fine lines and wrinkles on me. This does not. I apply blush and contour right over it and use it almost like concealer, but it stays smooth and natural instead of creasing. If you have rosacea or redness on your nose, this will not fully hide that. My nose turns red when I get hot, so I will sometimes use the tiniest amount of concealer just on my nose. The texture is what really sets it apart. It is moisturizing without being sticky or greasy and has enough coverage to smooth and blur while still letting skin look like skin. I also attached a photo of my neck showing a clear line where one side has the product on and the other does not, just to show how subtly it evens tone without looking like makeup. It is a bit pricey, but one tube lasts me about eight months with almost daily use, so it is well worth it for me. This has become a staple in my routine and something I always repurchase.

Very light weight and perfect amount of tint plus spf. Can quickly put on in the morning for a more even complexion when running errands and when I’m want a little more coverage I use this instead of foundation with some concealer and it feels like I’m not wearing any makeup.

Got this at my medspa, same price here but I don’t have to drive in. I wear this every day and it blends with my skin ABSOLUTELY perfectly. It’s a beautiful finish, and last FOREVER! My last tube literally lasted me 6months and I wear it every day. It’s great for layering as well. I wore this as my base, great light to medium coverage with glowy skin finish. Concealer of any amount layers beautifully over it. It does a STUNNING job neutralizing any redness- I get red around my mouth and nose and this hides it well while not making me look like I have cake on my face. Doesn’t come off or wear off in weird places throughout the day, and is an absolute staple in my bag. The price is scary… I know. But the tiniest bit goes such a long way. I apply 1 pump (plus maybe a tiny bit more) all over my face with my fingers then blend with a wet beauty blender. It didn’t make me break out at all, and I’ve even (don’t yell at me) accidentally slept in it without washing it off my face before bed and had absolutely no issues. Bottom line: yes it’s worth it. it has a glowy skin finish, buildable coverage, and will neutralize mild-medium redness for the perfect base. Apply with fingers and blend with a tool you like using.

I really like how smooth it goes on. This photo was after 5 hours of wear. I added bronzer to my cheeks obviously. I did have a few zits on my chin that were still visible, but honestly who cares. I like it more than the cerave tinted spf cream and it came off with a makeup remover wipe. I bought it on here because I needed something ASAP and Amazon delivered overnight ..but if you go to the Alastin website this product is actually 6$ cheaper.

My dermatologist recommended this product. Told me not to use anything other than mineral based sunscreens on my face. Went through precancerous treatment over the winter, and don't want to have to ever do that again. This product is awesome. I got the one with a slight tint so I know where I placed it, but it acted like a very thin foundation, I wore it for 12 days on the beaches in florida, and I am so happy, got the tiniest bit of sun on my face, and absolutely no sunburn. I put it on at least three times within the day, and wore a hat! I highly recommend this sunscreen to every woman out there!

Not sure if my last post posted, but I honestly can't say enough about how much I love this stuff! It is so hydrating and really good if you like a dewey finish. Plus, it has sunscreen and doesn't have any scent at all. Highly recommend!

So I didn’t buy this Alastin Hydratint, Zo Skincare, or the Hydropeptide ones from Amazon (I bought them from a MedSpa) but wanted to give others my thoughts and a comparison. I did a comparison of 6 different tinted sunscreens I am 50 years old with light skin, between fair and light. My skin is dry and I have some aging skin although I get told I look 30 lol. I live in a dry climate state, Utah. here are my thoughts: 1-Cerave Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen Only comes in one shade. I’m 50 and this is perfect for my skin however it is super shiney! I’ve tried using matte setting spray as well as matte setting powder and neither work to lessen the shine of this. So I found if I mix it with the EltaMD or use it under my No7 foundation, it lessens the shine. It a little on the dark side but if you mix a little lighter foundation with it, it lighten it up. This one is thick like a cream. I find that it blends well with a beauty blender. 2-EltaMD UV Rescue Only comes in one shade. Very similar to the Cerave but a little less shine and a little less moisture so mixing those two together for me was the best. This is also a little on the darker side and a little more sheer than the Cerave. 3-Alastin Hydrating Pro Mineral Sunscreen Only comes in one shade. This is the darkest one out of them all. I love this one but I have to mix light foundation with it because it’s so dark. The coverage is similar to Cerave but without the shine. This isn’t matte but it’s not shiney. 4-Hydropeptide Solar Defense Tinted Only comes in one shade. This comes out white but after rubbing it in, it turns a darker color (see last pic). I tried using a beauty blender with this and for some reason it stayed white so I ended up applying it with my hands. I like this one too. Not as moisturizing and it’s sheer and it’s the second thinnest one (thinnest being the Honest CC). 5-Honest CC Tinted Mousturizer This is the thinnest and the only one you can choose a shade. I chose the “Tundra Fair” shade which is too light for me. The reviews stated that this ran on the darker side but I would say this is a true “Fair” shade. This the thinnest but it’s super creamy and feels thick when applying it. This has the most coverage because it’s a CC cream. But I probably won’t but my actual shade because I like the other products better for my skin. 6-Zo Skin Sunscreen + Primer Only comes in one shade. This is the thickest product, a little thicker than the Cerave. It is completely Matte for those with oily skin. This is a lighter shade, a little lighter than my skin. I have found that this kind of balls up on my skin if I have a moisturizer on it if I use foundation over it. This also isn’t moisturizing for me. This would work best for humid climates or oily skin. Final thoughts: my favorite is mixing the Cerave with the EltaMD and using a beauty blender. None of these products caused breakouts or irritation on my skin. Please like this if you found it helpful! Thank you.
