This product is definitely overpriced, but I wanted to try it. First of all, the smell is wonderful. It’s very calming and makes you feel like you are in a spa. I put it on my face and then used a hot wet washcloth to remove my makeup. I then used my astringent with a cotton pad and I was shocked at how clean the cotton pad was. I just wish it was less expensive.

I love cleansing balms and have been using Korean balms so the Elemis balm took some getting used to. It’s much thicker and heavily scented (reminds me of Vick’s vaporub) but it does the job. For the price, however, I don’t think it’s worth it.

Although I haven’t opened the product yet it looks good. I love the travel size of the cleansing balm at the sale price.
However, I would like the seller to know that not all other items come filled to capacity. That is not ok with the high price point of your products! They should be filled to the max. I will no longer order items that are liquid in an opaque bottle where you cannot see how much product is inside. This is a big negative for Elemis and makes the customer feel cheated.

I just didn’t have the money to get the big jar this time. Buy the big truck, it lasts a long time it makes your skin so very soft and like I said it’s used with a big cruise lines. Great spa-like smell. It doesn't appear to remove makeup. I use it for my second pass after micellar water. Normally other products have produce visual evidence on my white wash cloth that additional makeup has been removed. Not so with this product. Too bad as I really do love the smell and plan to finish the bottle so I can at least smell spa-like in the evening. Sometimes I do feel like it does plump my skin though. Perhaps that is the pro-collagen effect.
