I love these patches as I’ve used them for a while now, however the box arrived opened however the external package was intact.

For the most part these extract and help the pimple calmer down w redness i thought it wpuld help fast but nah after 3 days pimples are still there so

These are the best patches I’ve used. The adhesive is really sticky, I wear them at night and they have never fell off. They absorb all of the gunk usually and it’s helps the swelling go down. The only thing is every once in a while I will put one on at night and wake up and it doesn’t absorb anything, but that doesn’t happen often at all. Overall they are such good pimple patches and I will be repurchasing.

These work well, stay on well, don’t have any skin irritation so they don’t irritate and is compatible with my skin color so they’re pretty versatile, they’re not all that thick. They’re perfect in thickness and they absorb really well. Seem versatile. Although for $14 I think it’s a horrible value unless you want a superior product for some “event” soon and need to be sure to get the job done in time. These will work. Otherwise, I wouldn’t waste the money

I've tried these and the hydrocolloid rolls and these really do work better in my opinion. They fit most blemishes and stay on all night mostly (there have been a few times where I've found some strays) but otherwise pretty sticky and durable even if you're a rough sleeper, someone with oily skin, or if you cut them into smaller pieces. It doesn't feel like you have anything on your face, and I've never had them cause my skin to breakout more because of using them.

These patches are seriously a game changer. I didn’t expect them to work this well, but they completely exceeded my expectations. I put one on overnight and by morning, the difference was insane—it pulled everything out and noticeably reduced the size and redness of my breakout. Soo I’m that person who orders things and they never work for me. Buuut I took a chance on these and LORD😭 I’m 22, I’ve had acne since a very young age. The second pictures are day 2. It’s not fully cleared but wow, the patches took it down a lot!

It was my first time buying these and using something like this and I will say I am really happy I bought this one! I was hesitant at first but you can’t even tell you’re wearing them! It protects the area of skin which is so nice and also really comfortable and relieves the pain! These are also skin tone so nobody will know you’re wearing these unless they’re up close and personal! The quality of it is really shocking it doesn’t just come off easily it is really sticky and light weight which is nice for all day wear if needed! The effectiveness of these are 10/10 I will be buying these again, the amount you get for the price is amazing

Okay now I didn’t know if I had a pimple or a bug bite from mosquito but I had this huge hard pimple like thing on my chin and I was super embarrassed by it , as you can see I was wearing a face mask to cover it . But anyways I had my mom pop it I thought it was done with the puss because there was only blood coming out so I ordered these patches just to help heal it and help with swelling to go down but as you can see in the first 30mins to 1 1/2 hours it was pulling more puss out and the swelling went down… MUST BUY DONT THINK ABOUT IT JUS BUY IT

I don't really get acne, just the occasional/random small pimple on my chin. However, a few months ago, I was having some gut issues, and a cystic pimple appeared on my cheek overnight. It was so painful. I had never ordered pimple patches before, but I knew of them because my sister's wear them all the time. So I went out on a limb trusting all the good reviews these had, and they sure weren't lying. The same day I applied it, the pimple reduced in half its size, and the pain went away. It literally absorbed all the gunk out. I haven't had one of those nasty pimples in a while, but I keep these in my drawer just in case.

Wow! I have been struggling with acne since my hysterectony back on July 9th. I've been using all kinds of different products. My daughter suggested Hero pads but I was ever so skeptical. She convinced me to order them to have on hand for when I was fed up with everything else and I am so glad she did! The first two photos with all the very visible breakouts and dry skin, which was caused by previous creams, show the breakout at its peak taken about two weeks ago. The third photo where there are just shadows from previous breakouts was taken this morning and what a difference! I have been using the pads as instructed for about a week. I expect the spotting to get fainter over time and I am very happy with how this product saved my skin!

I love this product so much, these pimple patches specifically are the only brand I keep coming back to. The packing is decent quality, easy to open and stores well so you're in no rush to use everything at once. The patches themselves go on pretty easy, I have the most success picking them up with my nails or tweezers (this prevents them from folding in on themselves). I find them to be most effective when used in 6 hour intervals. I always put them on before bed or a work out, and my acne has made really good recovery progress that way. They're also clear enough not to make a noticable difference in your apperance during the day, so I don't mind having them on in public. Compared to otber brands, I feel like the amount per package is worth the cost. Additionally, out of every brand I've tried, Hero is the only one sticky enough to wear overnight and while exercising. Others I've used will fall off or move around your face when you sweat, but with these they're always right where I want them to be.

I originally ordered this for my pre teen son but I tried it and I LOVE the results! These are super easy to peel off and apply to blemishes. They don’t leave a film of sticky on your skin like other brands!

UPDATE!! This things really really work well. The picture I just added today from one I put on last night. 6/2/ 2025 today I took it off because it’s basically full. Have to pit another one to collect the rest. Had a pimple that did not make it to the surface, however it was sore in that spot. I put a patch on lady night before bed. Woke up and removed the patch because I had to go to work. The pimple was already at a head. I just washed my face and put another one on. I’ll update with pictures in the morning. This video is what the pimple looked like this morning.

Guys, I know it looks gross! I tried so many brand before this one. This one is the best. I tried so many cheaper brand before, but they did not work like this. This one absorbs very well. No tiny little buble when you put on the skin like the other brands.You can see the picture, I can get like a whole acne including the pus, oil and root. My boy friend never lets me touch his acne, but since I got them. He loves it.

I always keep Mighty Patch on hand for the occasional pimple, and it’s been incredibly helpful! Whenever I notice a pimple, I place a patch on it, which prevents me from picking at the spot and helps absorb impurities. This makes the pimple shrink and heal faster, often reducing its size overnight but it may take longer for big pimple. I appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and gentle on my skin—I’ve never had any irritation from using it. It’s easy to apply: just stick it on before bed and remove it in the morning. While I do wish it were a bit more affordable, the quality and effectiveness make it a great product to have ready when needed.

I'm 45 and still break out. I am SO tired of having spots to cover and I'm in grad school with a mildly disabled kid and busy life overall, no time for the dermatologist right now. Last time there they recommended an OTC face wash that helped but not 100%. I've used these on more "regular" pimples I've already tried popping but I knew there was more there and I use them on new bumps that are deep under my skin (cystic? I think) and would take a long time to surface and then heal. I don't care what dermatologists say (one of my BFFs is one) I have to pop mine to get it all out before they start to heal. Often I have a more solid blockage that needs to be removed. These have eliminated ALL that. A red spot often remains for a few days after using the patch but there was clearly white on the patch and it's no longer raised or irritated. Easy to cover with makeup. I've used this on spots and not found any white on the next day but it still reduces the swelling and irritation. My husband can't see them on me 90% of the time too. When I put them on at night I wash and moisturize and wait a few min before putting the patch on but a few times I was too tired and rushed it. They still stayed on even if the edges weren't perfect. I used these on my 11 year old whose just starting to get some mild breakouts. I have VERY sensative skin and these don't irritate me at all. I've even used them during the day on weekends to speed things up if I wasn't going anywhere. So cool noticing the white spot slowly increasing as it works. Or feeling the spot reducing on those times no white gunk is drawn out. Im even attaching a picture (sorry) to show it working. I don't know what sort of magic is in these but try them, I think you'll love them too!

I get occasional pimples and this product works very well at removing them. Recently, I started to also use them for mosquito bites and they work excellent as well. I put them on fresh mosquito bites and it stops me from scratching them and irritating them further.

I use Hero Patches all the time for all kinds of blemishes and bug bites. I like to be outdoors, and the mosquitos love me, so I use them frequently on mosquito bites. When I put a Hero Patch on at night, in the morning the blemish or bug bite is flat, and the inflammation is gone. I have a subscription with Amazon for this product so I never run out. I wish I had discovered it years ago!

Love this product! It works well for clearing up zits almost instantly. Even just a few hours will give amazing results. I like that it’s hardly noticeable (translucent), so I can wear it out.

We have tried other popular brands of these pimple patches and we feel the Mighty patch is: 1. More comfortable 2. Less noticeable 3. Softer 4. easier to remove without tugging skin 5. Stays in place overnight. 6. Extracts a good amount of oils beneath the skin’s surface. 7. Helps to not touch or pick at your blemishes. We have reordered these 3 times. Happy with product.

Used 2 patches for a huge pimple on the cheek One over night which took out some puss and the 2nd during the day took all of it out. Can’t explain the science behind it but it worksss !!! 10/10

These are a miracle worker. I go to bed looking like a teenager in the throes of puberty and wake up looking like a Disney Princess. I don’t know what sort of sorcery they have but it works and I love them!

These are fantastic for getting rid of zits fast. I put mine on at night and take it off in the morning. If visit is especially deep I sometimes have to put another one on all in all. I think it’s worth the purchase.

I originally purchased these thinking they would help with skin tags… they don’t. However, I broke out at 60 y/o after a “hot chocolate” facial. These work!! I put on my chin last night. Pimple is gone this morning. I put on a couple other whiteheads this morning and I expect they’ll be gone in ~8 hours too. The patch is easy to adhere and stays stuck until you remove. It’s a good size. Not too big or too small. I wish I had these ~45 years ago. But good to have on hand in case you have an unexpected blemish.

i pick my acne. yes, i know its a horrible habit, thats why i made my new years resolution to STOP! early january i bought these, not expecting a dramatic change. oh boy i was SOOOO wrong! these are AWESOME!!! The product itself works very well, however upon arrival the box itself was ripped and looked like it had already been opened..

I have sensitive skin and drive over the road trucks and it’s not really a good combination. Before driving trucks I’ve never gotten ache before but now something simple like the air at a truck stop will have my skin tripping. I saw the reviews and tried the product a few times and it didn’t work until I realized you can’t do skin care then apply product on top. It won’t work. Area must be completely clean ( I even go over it with an alcohol wipe then apply. Do skin care around affected area. I promise you by the morning you’ll have these results

I have tried better pimple parches than Mighty Patch, but nothing beats stocking up when they go on sale on Amazon. They're very efficient at grossing out me with the quantity on gunk that can be extracted from my pores. But they only work in specific circumstances for me. It has to be a white head, close to breaking out or already squeezed. It doesn't get anything out of the pimple if it's under thick skin; you can use a sanitized tool to puncture the pimple. I also have to use it at least 6 hours, anything less and it doesn't suck everything, making it worse. After 6-8 hours I'm left with a hole that keeps red for maximum a day, than starts healing. For me they make more sense as protecting pimples ready to burst, or to safely collect gunk from something I already punctured. The pimple really stay put, even when I apply skincare to the rest of my face, even during sleep. But they come off skin easily when ready. The hydrocolloid patches are standard sized for this type of product; they're a little bit thicker, I wouldn't wear them under makeup, but I feel that protects the pimple from my picking hands better. I can't say I have a sensitive face, but I just can't see how these would harm even the most sensitive skin.

I use it when a blemish is starting to grow, it helps me calm the irritation on the area

Never wrote a review before, so here it goes. My friend told me about these small patches as I was getting pumps on my jaw area and cheeks at 53 years old. Nothing ever came out of them when I would try to pick/squeeze them, causing breaking/scabbing of the skin. As you can see from the picture, I had a red pump starting on my cheek put the patch on when I went to bed, pulled off this morning and BAM no more red pump and the white stuff is what was pulled out of that pump. 100% recommend these little patches!!

This pimple was deep under the skin. I tried for two days to get it to surface manually. I finally decided to bust out my hero and these things work amazingly, forcing the puss extract. Sorry for the disgusting video but I had to share how well these work. I had this patch on for 6-8 hrs.

I love this pimple patch works wonders for me. Highly recommend I have bought it a couple times. Easy to use, and adheres comfortably without being harsh to my sensitive skin.

They’re a little hard to get off of the plastic, so they usually roll under themselves and then they don’t lay flat on my skin…but other than that, they are pretty magically when it comes to getting rid of under the skin zits. They also blend to your face pretty well so I don’t feel weird about wearing them in public.
