A different twist to the status quo. My wife is a licensed cosmetologist. She is an expert with skincare products. The Elizabeth Arden Hyaluronic Acid Peptides Ceramide Capsules are a game changer. Let me explain what she said. First, the fact that this product comes encapsulated is an excellent delivery method that is scientifically measured to give the optimal results minimizing excess waste. Also, the design of the product makes it travel ready. She just drops X amount of capsules in her travel bag and she is good to go. No more packing bottles with you. The serum when applied feels refreshing and unscented. It does not make the skin feel "plump" as advertised. What it does is firm up the skin as intended, reduces size of pores henceforth the tightening of the skin, and softens it. It is suggested she said to apply a moisturizer after use of this product. She likes the packaging of the product, the design is well laid out. It is premium priced and recommended.

I LOVE these encapsulated serums and facial oils (this one is a serum). Mostly because when you open up this jar you don't start oxidizing the product immediately because it's encapsulated. This contains about 30 days worth of supply so using it regularly I suppose is the key to noticing a major difference. For reference, I am in my mid-40s so I have varying patches of skin on my face. This serum feels goopy but one is enough to cover the entire face. It feels wet like at first but give it a little bit and it absorbs nicely. At first I didn't feel like I would need a moisturizer but you definitely do. I don't think skin becomes instantly plump but it certainly feels and looks softer. I will say this is an incredibly expensive product for how much product you actually get (30 days) so my likelihood of continuing on this path past 30 days are slim.

This facial serum capsule set from Elizabeth Arden is quite gentle, lightweight, easy to apply, and hydrating on my face and layers well with my other serums. It's quite powerful and I found it was effective as it changed my skin texture from dry and red with lots of splotchy rough areas to very soft and glowy without a red mark in sight. It pairs well with most moisturisers and I find it isn't sticky and the scent isn't too much. Drydown time was around ten minutes so keep that in mind before moving on to the next step of skincare. As always, wear sunscreen in the day as your last step unless you want crispy skin. Overall, I recommend this and would likely reorder as it is a good quality serum and a good value for the ingredients.
